Multiple Sclerosis Class
Every Tuesday at 2pm, beginning Feb. 2nd!
Exercise can help ease the symptoms of multiple sclerosis, but it's important to be careful if you want your workouts to be successful. With years of experience, KinMove's personal trainers have developed specific programs for all stages of MS to ensure you get the right workout without overdoing it. This brand new class is held every Friday at 2pm at our Studio Gym on Joseph Howe Drive. Even better, for the entire month of February there is no cost for this class! Exercise Tip 1If you plan to workout for 30 minutes, start with 10-minute workout sessions and work your way up.

Exercise Tip 2
Exercise in a safe place. Avoid slippery floors, poor lighting, throw rugs and other tripping hazards.

If you have trouble with your balance, always exercise within reach of a grab-bar or rail.
