Senior Focused Health & Wellness

KinMove offers on-site group exercise programs for seniors at Retirement Residences and Continued Living Centres in addition to private exercise programs for home-visits.

Staying active is key to living a long, healthy and independent life. As we age our strength and mobility decreases and thus, exercise becomes even more important.  Our programs are designed to work with Seniors of all fitness levels to improve all areas of their well-being.  No special equipment is needed as we bring everything to you!

Exercises and activities we implement will:
  • Improve or maintain your fitness level by increasing muscle mass and bone density through strength training exercises 
  • Reduce the chance of falling by practicing balance exercises & increasing core strength
  • Improve your circulation by improving cardiovascular fitness levels
  • Keep one's body flexible and limber through stretching exercise
